BASIC PROCEDURE

1 STEP:
PLAN AND TEST BEFORE BUILD
  •  ensure that all f the component are working
  • read the whole guide before start the process

2 STEP:
MOUNT THE MOTHERBOARD
  • open the motherboard box and take out the I/O shield (metal plate that protect the port on the back of the motherboard.
  • pull out the motherboard and line up the port on the back with the I/O shield 
  • screw standoffs into the case of the motherboard

3 STEP:
INSTALL YOUR PROCESSOR
  • opened up the box and gently take it out
  • it is the most fragile part of the build
  • make a lined up between the gold arrow (processor) and motherboard processor socket arrowed corner
  • make sure it at the same socket type
  • set the cooler on top of the processor

STEP 4:
INSTALL RAM
  • very simple process
  • find the RAM socket, lined up the notch in the RAM stick with the notch in the socket, press RAM down to place
STEP 5:
INSTALL THE PCI CARDS
  • video cards or other expansion card
  • find the topmost slot that fits your card and match it with its plate
  • card on top of sockets
  • screw the bracket onto the case
STEP 6:
INSTALL HARD DRIVE
  • pull out the hard drive tray
  • put the drive in, screw and slide the tray back in
STEP 7:
MOUNT THE POWER SUPPLY
  • install the power supply and everything
  • install power supply before install everything is the best way
 
8 STEP:
PLUG EVERYTHING
  • A 24-pin motherboard cable
  • A 4-pin motherboard cable
  • 6-pin PCI cable
  • SATA power and data cables
  • molex power cable
  • front panel, audio, USB, firewire connectors
  • power switch and LED connectors
